Reasons not to go:
1- by appt: expect delay of at least 30 min after your appt.
2- by stand by: your name will be deleted after 1 hour wait and you would need to register again.
3- they over schedule, you have multiple people with the same time appt.
4- to get stool kit they ask you to make appt.
this site is unprofessional and not properly managed.
100% never coming back and going to a different one from now on. Thanks for wasting my and my daughter’s; who is sick, time. /s

My experience was great overall except in the waiting room. I arrived on time for my 7:40am appointment on 03/14 and the employee in the waiting area was telling people without appointments that they aren’t taking walk-ins. One customer comes in without an appointment, basically refusing to leave after the employee stated they were not accepting walk in appointments, and then the employee eventually gave in and allowed the lady to join the standby list. Whats even more frustrating is that the woman who walked in got serviced before the WHOLE room of individuals that had appointments including myself which I thought was very disrespectful and counterintuitive.
We arrived early and on time for our appointments. Upon arrival, I asked the physician a simple question — whether he had experience working with children. Rather than responding professionally, he appeared offended by the question, which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere. In order not to escalate the situation, I chose not to pursue the matter further.
He proceeded to draw my blood. While the procedure left a noticeable mark, this is not my main concern.
What followed was far more troubling.
Without explaining anything to me, the physician left the room and returned with another staff member, whom I believe was called Mercedes, although she did not introduce herself. She did not greet us, did not acknowledge my child, and did not explain what she was about to do.
Instead, she immediately instructed me — in a commanding tone — to hold my child “very tight.” This instruction frightened my daughter significantly. Then, without any warning, explanation, or attempt to prepare my child in any way, she suddenly inserted the needle into my daughter’s vein.
My child began crying immediately and was clearly terrified. Throughout the entire procedure, there was no attempt to comfort her, speak to her, or explain what was happening. The complete lack of communication and compassion toward a four-year-old child was extremely disturbing.
Once the procedure was finished, the staff member simply left the room without saying anything further.
This was not my daughter’s first blood draw. Elizabeth has undergone blood tests several times before, and we have never encountered such a dismissive, cold, and unprofessional approach toward a child patient.
To say that this experience was dismissive and heartless would be an understatement. If this facility is unable to provide basic communication, professionalism, and compassion when dealing with pediatric patients, then children should not be scheduled there.

Overall, a very good experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. When we arrived, there were about 10 people in line, but everything was very well organized. You simply check in by scanning your QR code, and the system registers you automatically. After that, your name and estimated time appear on the TV screen in the waiting area, so you always know when it’s your turn. It makes the whole process clear and stress-free.
Even though the place looked busy, the line moved efficiently and the waiting time felt reasonable. This digital check-in system is designed to make visits faster and reduce confusion in busy waiting rooms.
The staff was professional and the clinic was clean and well organized. Overall, a smooth and convenient experience for getting lab work done.
