Arrived through Class Pass app and was told class is full despite the fact I was signed to the class. Another class pass member was turned down too. Very unpleasant customer service at their front desk.

I’ve been with Barre Studio since they first opened in Aventura, and it’s honestly been a game changer for me. The classes are effective, challenging, and really well put together. And Fabiana is an amazing coach!🤩
Pure Barre @ Aventura has the best atmosphere and team. Everyone has been beyond down to earth, kind, helpful and fun- all while getting me (us) back into 💪 . Every instructor has their own personality that really shines through, and makes each class so much 🤩 fun! It really feels like you are walking into a place where the team who runs it wants to be, from the front desk to the instructors- which makes all the difference in wanting to join. Classes are a boutique style setting and in a spotless environment. I am SO HAPPY I joined. 💕

Best exercise studio around! This is not an easy exercise but it makes a difference in your body and your health. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend this studio,
I attended a class during Christmas week, unaware of how extreme the mall traffic would be. I don’t celebrate holidays, so the surge in shoppers genuinely went over my head. I arrived 30 minutes early, but due to severe congestion—especially just trying to park—I walked into the studio literally one minute before the class start time.
What upset me most was the inconsistency in how the situation was handled. The front desk attendant let a man into class just seconds before me, then immediately shut the door in my face. She explained that she couldn’t let me in because I hadn’t notified them that I might be late, yet she acknowledged that the man had been there before and had notified them. She clearly saw me right behind him, which made the decision feel arbitrary and unfair.
I asked if there was anything that could be done and what made my situation different when we arrived almost simultaneously. The interaction left me feeling singled out, embarrassed, and extremely uncomfortable, especially after enduring so much traffic just to get there.
She did assure me that I would not be charged a late fee and that someone would reach out to reschedule, which gave me some relief at the time. However, it has now been two weeks, and no one has contacted me to follow up or reschedule as promised.
Because of how this situation was handled and the lack of follow-through, I honestly don’t feel comfortable reaching out myself or returning. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, it’s enough to make me decide not to try the class again.
