  Ketamine therapy at Nushama saved my life. I do not say this lightly. Dr. Radowitz and Cynthia expedited a same-day appointment in order for me to be seen during a crisis. I had called several places that day and couldn’t be seen for weeks. What they have done for me is rare and beyond anything I’ve ever seen in the mental health profession. Not only was the ketamine effective in getting me out of crisis and giving me my life back, but I’ve also built a really lovely connection with Dr. Radowitz and everyone at his office. He is constantly doing check-ins post-session and spends a significant amount of time getting to know his clients. The experience itself is top tier and beautifully curated. Full service with an amazing reclining chair, beautiful, heart-wrenching playlists, and nurturing nurses to help guide the process (shout out to Tiffany!).   I had truly wonderful experiences during my 3 visits to Nushama Wellness in Miami. Each session involved low dose ketamine administered in a medically supervised, deeply serene environment. I rested on a heated bed that gently reclined, with eyeshades, in place, and beautiful, calming music playing through headphones. It allowed me to fully relax, decompress, and drift into a visually rich, almost dreamlike journey. Each time I emerged feeling noticeably calmer, and significantly less stressed. Ketamine therapy is known to be helpful for people dealing with depression, PTSD, chronic pain, sleep disorders, and anxiety- and I can check off more than a few of those boxes. Since my sessions, I feel more grounded overall, and, perhaps more importantly, I'm sleeping better. Knowing that everything was done in a professional, medically supervised setting made me feel completely comfortable. and safe throughout the process.   The experience for me was beyond anything I could have imagined. The lead up to the infusion was so warm, welcoming and professional, led by Dr Radowitz, Cynthia and Lola. My expectations were positive, but the overall treatment brought me to places of happiness, resolution and the “wow factor” I wasn’t expecting. Having run my dental practice for 45 years I know what a culture of caring, positivity, safety and genuine compassion is, everything I received at Nushama Aventura.   I was extremely nervous about doing the journey as I’d never done anything like this before. The space is calming and beautiful with everything so well thought out and the chairs are so comfortable. Dr Radowitz talked at length with me and set intentions before. It’s really hard to describe the feeling as journey is definitely the best word for it. It was like traveling through different times and spaces and places. I saw shapes, colors and worlds that were sort of familiar but not. I also felt like everyone should experience this because it’s so wonderful. Lots of people I love came to me (and my doggies) and I just felt this intense feeling of wanting the best for everyone and everything. I felt safe and happy there. The whole thing felt like a powerful hug from the universe and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Thank you Nushama.
