  I dropped off my eyeglasses at the For Eyes location in Aventura for a simple prescription lens upgrade using my current frames. Before I even had a chance to pick them up, the store called to tell me that their technicians had broken my frame during the process — specifically in the area where they were working on installing the new lenses. The frame was in perfect condition when I left it with them. Now, instead of taking responsibility for the damage that occurred while the glasses were in their care, For Eyes is telling me I need to buy a completely new frame. They’re offering only a 20% discount as a so-called ‘courtesy.’ This is unfair and unacceptable. I did not break the frame — their team did, through careless handling during what should have been a routine service. Why should a customer have to pay (even at a discount) for a mistake made by the store’s technicians? I’ve been left without my glasses and facing an unexpected expense due to their error. For Eyes should stand behind their work and repair or replace the frame at no cost to me. This experience shows a complete lack of accountability. I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting For Eyes with lens upgrades on their existing frames, especially in the Aventura location.

  Had made appointment for 2:15pm. Arrived at 2:14pm. Was informed that it will be await. At 2:40 I inquiered how long wait would be as I have another appointment at 3:30pm elsewhere. Staff told me that there were walk ins before me. I said I had an appointment at 2:15pm. He said no, walk ins came in before me. How does that make any sense? Anyways, I asked if they had an appointment for later today he said no. So you can take walk ins but can not accommodate me with a later appointment. Was my first time at location. As my previous optometrist stopped taking my insurance. But everything happens for a reason if they are that un professional with keeping appointments imagine. So just word of caution if you have an appointment the walk ins will be seen before you.

  I have been going to the store for the past 5 years and every time is a different experience. What makes it more special this past 10 months is that I met Elsa than Miracle ,they are the best professional agents you have, they're great on customer satisfaction, attentive to customer needs and best looks. I'm not good on doing surveys but this two deserve it and much more.
