Charlene Villalba is incredible—she has amazing taste, is extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping you find what’s best for you. She won’t just sell you anything; she guides you through what fits your style and needs. I don’t mind the drive at all because the experience and service are always worth it. Simply the best! 👏😎
- JJJason JoshuaDec 8, 20251.0Came here because I was on tour and bought some glasses that were insanely priced and wasn’t able to return or exchange them, which is fine I guess I had to call the main store where I got them which was in Dallas I believe but there were two goof balls there not really listening to me or directing me to the store or calling for me or even giving me the number and we’re taking new customers right in front of me and acted like I was some sort of peasant. Oliver People’s is a great brand but that lady and older gentleman should not be working for your company.
