  The md on staff the day of our visit was extremely unprofessional and awkward. My daughter left the appointment with more insecurities about her keloid. We are going to seek a second opinion.

  Yo les doy 5 porque a pesar que e visto malos comentarios yo fui 3 veces ai y soy hispana no hablo inglés de nacionalidad hondureña .y siempre que fui o yame siempre me atendieron súper vien lastimosamente la neuróloga se fue para otro estado y me tocó darle seguimiento en el hospital céntrico de ellos. Pero todo el personal y los médicos en general son súper personales. Un buen trato los felicito no me quejo de nada es más les doy las gracias y si me tocaria regresar de nuevo con ellos los aria mil veces

  Bad customer service experience with the front desk. I came in at the same time that another patient. I decided to hold the door for them, so they signed in 30 seconds before me. After signing in, the other patient was called first even though their appointment time was after mine - I noticed while signing in. When I asked, the front desk lady she responded with a bad attitude telling me their appt was at the same time, which was a lie. I had to wait for over an hour to be seen. There is a reason why you get a time for your appointment. I came in 10 min before that time, and they did not respect that. Instead of resolving the situation, or at least try to apologize, I was treated with a bad attitude.

  After waiting for 2 hours for a scheduled appointment we were told it would be another hour to be seen because they couldn't schedule properly. I'll admit I was surprised that they admitted it was their fault but considering I'm losing pay to sit here this is unacceptable. Edit 1: now 3 hours past scheduled appointment time and have not been seen
