Janeth was very thorough in handling every step in making sure the frame/lenses were the right fit, the proper specifications and all alternative options. The best experience I have ha with a LensCrafters affiliate.

I am giving this location one star due to the ongoing issue I’ve experienced with my order. First, I want to acknowledge that Xiomara has been wonderful. She was the first person who assisted me, and she is the only employee who has proactively reached out regarding my issue. I truly appreciate her effort. I placed an order for my lenses on January 22nd. I was initially told it would take 7–10 business days. As of today, I still have not received them. Every week when I call to follow up, I am given a new date that is pushed back another seven days. No one contacts me with updates i am the one who has to consistently call and follow up. I was initially patient due to the storm but now is getting ridiculous After more than a month of delays, I decided to cancel the order. When I called to cancel, I was told I had to come into the store in person. When I arrived, I was informed that only the manager could process the cancellation. I waited about 20 minutes while the manager assisted another client, which was fine I was patient. However, when I finally spoke with the manager, I was told that the delay was due to my high prescription and that it takes longer to produce those lenses. I found this explanation insulting to my intelligence. This is not my first time ordering lenses, neither is my first pair of meta glasses and while I understand that a higher prescription can take slightly longer, it does not take 31+ days, not even in Havana, Cuba they take this long. I was then told the lenses were scheduled for delivery on February 25th more than a month after I originally placed the order. To make matters worse, I was informed that the order could not be canceled because part of the payment was made using an FSA account and it has to go back to the same card, which I no longer have access to. If the store had communicated the delay earlier, I would have canceled before this became an issue. Instead, I had to continuously follow up myself. Now I’m left dealing with complications involving my FSA funds, and I will have to reorder my lenses elsewhere. This has been as annoying as it can get, granted this is just my experience

I had an incredible experience at LensCrafters thanks to Gasper. After spending $800 on Prada glasses, I was sent to LensCrafters for an adjustment. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I was blown away. Gasper fixed my glasses at no charge, and the entire process took less than five minutes. I was in and out of the store, yet I never felt rushed. What truly impressed me was how I was treated. Even though I hadn’t purchased my glasses there, Gasper treated me like a valued client, not just someone walking in for a quick fix. The level of professionalism, efficiency, and kindness was exceptional. It’s rare to see that kind of service today. If this is how they treat someone who didn’t even buy from them, I can only imagine how incredible the experience must be for their own customers. Because of Gasper, I would strongly recommend buying your glasses at LensCrafters. Service like this makes all the difference. Thank you again, Gasper — you truly made my day.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
