I called twice last week and both times “they should be in today.” One week later I got one of the pairs and found out the others never came in, which they’re blaming on a glitch. Had to spend one hour in their office to find out they were lost because of a glitch. When I asked for a refund 5 times they never said yes she kept giving me other options like a credit for future glasses which I do not need.
