  This is honestly a club that’s inconsiderate. On August 5 it was pouring like crazy and if you know miami gets flooded fast. A class that had a waiting list become available for 4 spot 30 min before the class start so I scheduled it. Right when I’m under the light by Starbucks to get it I see 4 car sedan stuck in the water mind you I have a small car as well so I called the front desk who told me that regional manager were being contacted to avoid getting charge for cancelation fee mind you I just schedule the class cause spot were just open. Then she proceeded to text me this message which they will charge me a fee if I don’t drive in the flooded area. I literally have unlimited membership $260 a month and have the nerve to charge me $25 more for a class that I can’t attend due to weather conditions. I will definitely look for another place cause that’s extremely inconsiderate of them.

  I had been a loyal member of Club Pilates Aventura for two years and always appreciated the instructors, they are very good , nice and always smiling. Unfortunately, I recently had an experience that led me to cancel my membership. On one occasion, I arrived about 6–7 minutes late due to a very difficult personal situation. My husband was in ICU at Mount Sinai.I explain this to the front desk staff member, but she told me that rules are rules and I could not enter. Despite this, I joined the class, as I was in desperate need of a moment to relax. Shortly after, the instructor—who was very kind—asked me to leave because the staff member was upset. I respected the request and left, but I decided to cancel my membership immediately. What saddens me most is that the day before, I had shared my situation with another instructor, and she kindly allowed me to keep my phone with me in class in case of emergencies. That level of empathy meant a lot to me. Unfortunately, this same understanding was not shown the following day. I also emailed the manager to explain what happened but never received a response. For me, this lack of acknowledgment was very disappointing. I am truly grateful to the instructors for their dedication and warmth, but I believe long-standing members deserve to be treated with compassion, especially during challenging times. For this reason, I have chosen to say goodbye to Club Pilates Aventura.

  Poor service from receptionist. Refused to accommodate health conditions. I was told to come to class sick or loose the credit .The fees for classes go up , the quality and service spirals down. Worth noting , the 5 star reviews written by people employed by club . The one star reviews by those who actually attend classes
