  I want to start by saying that the instructors are amazing regardless where they are I don’t have any problem with them love all of them. But the Customer service stuff that sits in the front desk to help you with all the things besides, the exercise itself are complete horrible in this location. First of all 80% of the time they don’t answer the phone you need to call over and over again in order for them maybe to answer most likely not. And then they have this policy off canceling your lesson 12 hours before not to be charged penalty which I completely respect and understand I’m exercising for three months already and I’m going there every single day except weekends never had missed my class or canceled my class. One Friday I booked my class late because there was no other availability, but then some spot got available two hours earlier with the same instructor. I’m calling the place trying to talk to them reasonably so they understand that I would rather doing it now and free my rest of a day because it’s Friday and I need to cook and it’s not convenient to leave the house in the middle. They definitely could’ve consider the situation and help me, especially that I was very responsible by doing all that but they completely ignored me they said they can’t do anything because this is the policy . even though I tried to ask the manager, but manager was exactly on the same page. And the reason why I’m so upset that I know that the other branch of Sunny Isles are completely different approach , a very human very nice and they always trying to help and I think that this is very personal and I think that company like that need to choose their workers not only like robots. They also need to be nice to the customers and try to help when it’s possible. Of course you need to respect the rules, but sometimes there is an exception Now I’m not sure I wanna continue my membership with approach like that it’s very very upsetting.

  I signed up and paid over $300 for unlimited classes for a month. Due to an injury I was unable to get any classes in. They won’t let me roll over any credits. I will not rejoin here. Very unaccomplished

  Don't even waste your time making an appointment because if you're even 1 minute late they will give your spot away even if you've called 5 minutes before to tell them that you will be one minute late. Shame, studio seems nice and location is convenient but the lack of respect for a booked spot is unacceptable.
