The owners Terri & Paul are such amazing people, and their staff is so welcoming and attentive to your every need. My first Cryo Facial was so amazing Jen explained everything along the way and was an absolute pleasure to talk with. After that service my face was so bright, soft and actually glowing ;-) around my eyes the fine lines were definitely finer. My 2nd adventure was the Longevity Pod, which uses the infrared light, Dry heat and a massage type sensation. I have a lot of chronic pain As well as inflammation which it did help with. Can’t wait for another visit!!

Went to their office in Auburndale last week and had five sessions on the true flex machine, It was the best workout I’ve had since my injury amazing how it works. Also, did the red light bed and was amazed at how much it helped with soreness and inflammation from the workouts on the true flex machine. I was very skeptical that anything would actually work on any of my lines and wrinkles on my face, not to mention I have incredible low self-esteem….. they made me feel incredible! And after I had the treatment, I could visibly see the difference in my face after just one treatment!! Going back for all the treatments!!! Would not go anywhere else!!!
