  I absolutely love my doctor. But the ladies of the office are the icing on the cake. They make the experience so much fun. Especially my girl Ashley! She’s the best and best of all, she’s funny! It feels like hanging out with my friends whenever I go in. Thanks to all of you for making every experience pleasant and enjoyable.

  This place just give you the run around, I ordered my son, a pair of glasses two weeks passed by never heard from them. I reached out to them and they told me that somebody had already left me a message stating that I needed to go back in and pay more money which nobody ever did call me I had to get the office manager on the phone and she said to make it right. She was gonna order me the glasses right away, which she did, but they ordered the wrong glasses. We’re going on four weeks still haven’t gotten any glasses. I think this place is horrible that I wear people don’t know what they’re doing. They never call people to let them know what’s going on. I will not go to this place again.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. The office was clean, well organized and the staff was welcoming and professional. The ophthalmologist was attentive and patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. Moreover, I would like to acknowledge Gercie who kindly expedited my glasses after I shared my situation. She provided exceptional support and truly went above and beyond to assist me. She is a valuable team member and deserves recognition honestly a raise and bonus would be well deserved. My prescription was accurate and my vision has improved significantly. I truly appreciate the care I received and highly recommend the Auburndale office.
