  Rude! Not a people person! Sitting in waiting room I see the person before me get up and leave she calls me in, so I know damn well she didn't clean seat/armrest. So I got a lap wipe and wiped down arm rest where I had to touch and also pen that I had to use to sign. She saw me sons out words to I'm done and then gets upset because now they have lysol smell in room and she is allergic to bleach. Ok is clearly not bleach but I apologized. Then I asked "do you wipe this down between customers she said " no I'm not worried about it I don't sit there"!! REALLY! She was extremely rude even after I said "again I apologize 3 times" . She was like a nagging wife that can't let it go. I feel bad for her husband. Very negative Person! Only cares about herself!!
