This location has improved by leaps and bounds with the recent renovations and the ease of using an efficient Kiosk with QR code.. it really takes the dread out of getting blood work
After yet another bad experience at Lapcorp involving my neurodivergent son that’s afraid of needles, I felt it was necessary to review the Quest location that I usually visit. The Quest employees are way more friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. This location is usually very busy but they try to get everyone seen quickly, even the walk ins. Considering Lapcorp is always empty, it’s probably because everyone has switched to Quest. Unfortunately, my sons insurance requires us to take him to Lapcorp but I switched myself to Quest years ago due to multiple negative experiences at Lapcorp and it seems nothing has changed. So, to Quest, thank you for always providing a positive experience and for hiring supportive and knowledgeable staff.

The check in was super easy and wait time wasn’t next to nothing (make an appointment). The woman who did my bloodwork did hit a nerve and the pain was intense and I am still feeling it 3 days later. But other wise a great experience!

I would rate the Quest app five stars; however, I encountered an issue while scheduling an appointment. After completing the scheduling steps, the app did not prompt me to proceed to the next step. I initially assumed I may have missed a question, so I reviewed the appointment process again, but that was not the case.
I eventually discovered that the next prompt would only appear after changing my gender selection from male to female. As a male user, this was confusing and clearly indicates a flaw in the app’s workflow.
This issue should be addressed, as many users may become frustrated and abandon the process altogether. I was able to work around the problem because I have experience developing websites and was comfortable troubleshooting the interface, but most users will likely not take the time to do that.

I came to this location because it was one of the few Quest Diagnostics that offered one of the tests my daughters needed. As a parent, taking your kids to get blood drawn for the first time can be a little stressful, but the team here made the experience so much better.
Everyone was very kind and gentle with my daughters. Special shout-out to Andrea for being so attentive and caring with us.
Thank you to the whole team for your kindness. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Quest Diagnostics.
