The cardio area in particular leaves a lot to be desired - old machines, 2 TVs (that play the same thing every day), and no ellipticals. The functional strength area is better but still, it’s just good, not great. The facility itself is just lackluster and seems to have old age problems. The same toilet in the men’s bathroom has been closed for months. You can do better for a very similar price.

I am stuck paying for the next 7 months even though I do not live in Orlando and do not work there anymore. I live in Lakeland. I will be unable to use it and they have ZERO Empathy. THis place is all about $. Makes me wonder if they are going to go out of business, that they need the revenue so badly, to do this to someone. Be warned

Not to mention they forced my friend to buy a keycard to make there job easier so they won’t have to “look up my phone number”. Next time don’t come off so rude when talking to a customer that genuinely likes your location. What a way to ruin my experience Martinez👎🏾.

I was charged two times, $46.70 rather than my $23.20 membership, and the Staff at the Altamonte Springs office couldn't explain the charges either time. Having changed my mind and now wanting to cancel, I was told I'd need to email them with whatever random numbers they gave me, with no in-app or in-person cancellation option. It really does seem like they do it on purpose to make it difficult to unsubscribe. How disappointing.
