- SRS RDec 17, 20251.0This has been a lengthy mistake getting my glasses here. Have had to go back numerous times to begin with to change my prescription because it was always wrong,the employee(s) couldn't get my lens back in when they came in and another time they fell out. Recently my lens got a chip in it and I took them back under warranty and against my better judgement, I was quoted a price to have them fixed by a newer manager,came back to get them fixed and another employee gave me a price off $100 more than the original quote,I was DONE dealing with these revolving employees,no one has a clue there!

I got ladik back in 2005, so this was an old experience coming back as my eyes aren't as great as they were, so knew I'd need some far-sighted glasses again. Lia was great! Heck, I'd travel to that location just for her to help me again! 😉 She did several tests on my eyes, explained everything in great detail on what she was doing, and what would happen if I qualify to have glasses done in 30 minutes. Then got the exam, the doc is through a screen, and the assistant, Lia, moves the equipment as necessary. That part about the doc asking is #1 better or #2, with your eyes, they do that from wherever they are, electronically. Afterwards I qualified for 30 minutes glasses, so Lia helped me to decide on which frames are better for my face. And you speak with the eye doc again .. face to face via tablet and she looks at the sizes and settings with you. Was a very good experience all around. The deals you see .. in their advertisements .. all correct and substantial .. I saved over $570 .. exam, 2 frames with polycarbonate, anti-glare lenses .. and in and out in about an hour and a half.
