    I just picked up my Nuance Glasses at LensCrafters (LC) Altamonte Mall (Altamonte Springs FL). When I left with my new glasses, I tried to pair glasses with the smartphone Nuance App according to the provided instructions. “Error message” appeared & no matter what I tried, glasses failed to pair. Because there was no way to access battery status, I checked YouTube reviews which had some bad reviews on same problem. I immediately went back to LC very concerned. A very friendly Sales Associate, Hailey Vaught was very attentive & generously listened. I was impressed w/her knowledge of this product and charged the battery for a few minutes which solved it. It was unusual for the factory to ship w/out any charge which would have solved it and have the customer lose confidence in the product & get my $1,700 back. If not for Hailey Caught I would have probably returned the product. In these days & times, it’s reassuring to know LC hires the best and provide customer satisfaction. Larry Adams

    They made us felts like they were profiling my girlfriend and I.my girl didn’t need some big male hovering over and following her after let her know that we can look around. They same guy I guess is the manger give me wrong information stating that I would be received my demo lenses for my Meta ray bans but they didn’t come. I called customer service and they said that the person that I talked to at this LensCrafters provided me with wrong information. Customer support corrected everything.

    The smell alone when you walk in the door is horrible smells like they are melting or burning plastic. This complaint isn’t about the smell of your store it’s about customer service. Went into your store today to buy meta glasses with my friend who was also buying meta glasses today too. He got service with your employee with me standing next to him, he also told her your employee that she being me was also interested in buying a pair of the meta. She never acknowledged me she never said hi how are you no greeting no nothing. I stood right next to him the entire time and she clearly didn’t see me??? lol!!! He purchased the metas she rang em up and never asked me if I’d like to see a pair not a word????? It was as if I was invisible??? He even asked me if I was gonna purchase the metas like he did but I said no way would I buy glasses from someone who couldn’t even say hello to me? But could definitely talk about everything with my friend?? She was rude and I can name names but I’m not petty like she obviously was. I would not have her as a rep for my company at all! His glasses came to $600 so y’all lost $600 of my Money because of her just a little acknowledgement goes a long way if you were trying to flirt with him honey I would’ve given you his number but you had a wedding ring on so hmmmmmmm maybe you just are not a nice human
