  I was Looking for some pre-workout. I was greeted at the door by a friendly older gentleman named Michael. He asked me if he could help me look for what I needed. He brought me over to every pre-workout the store carried. He told me about how he mixes his own pre-workout. He was very knowledgeable and we chatted a while. I felt like I was shopping with an old friend. I went with his pre-workout suggestion and I’m very happy with my purchases. Thank you, Michael for your great attentive service. Thanks for the great conversation. Would recommend visiting the store while he is there!

  Terrible service and strongly discourage customers from coming to shop here. The old man clearly has no clue of what he is doing and he is rude and disrespectful as well. Either he does not know anything about his software or he pretends he doesn’t so he doesn’t have to give you your rewards that you earn by shopping GNC. He took the phone and pretended he was talking on the phone even when he didn’t press any buttons or even wait to talk like the other end picked up right away. When he stared at the computer enough and saw my reward points, he said the computer would not take it and said that they don’t take many of the discounts. On top of that, he said: “let me get you out of here and take care of someone else”. Extremely unprofessional and not a bit polite. In all fairness, I understand that this is a franchise, as he told me himself, and rules do not apply the same way in this store, but I hardly think that a place like this should even be considered. I have known GNC for a multitude of years and worked it for more than 5. I was there when they transitioned to the points program as well and am extremely familiar with the system. It is super easy to honor your points and coupons if the staff just tries. If I could rank this place negatively, I would not hesitate one bit.

  Over priced and would not price match ...my other GNC store has NO problems doing so.
