  So far, it has met my expectations and provided the service I needed. I just dropped one star because the waiting period is a bit too long for my like (having an online reservation) but they make it clear when making online reservations that is not an appointment time but arrival time. I do recommend them for non emergency situations- the wait and cost would be less than ER; not having to go to Gainesville...that is great! I have visited twice.

  Had great experience, the staff was very helpful and friendly even our nurse practitioner was very caring and professional will definitely go back again❤️‍🩹

  DON'T GO HERE!! There are no people to check you in. No office, nothing. Just a stupid kiosk that wants photos and all kinds of crap and it keeps resetting. If you are hurting do yourself a favor. Drive 10 minutes into Gainesville or go to the hospital.

  The facility is nice, but they didn’t have a Dr and the practitioner wasn’t really able to do anything. Considering my vitals and pain level, giving me the address to the orthopedic institute really isn’t providing care, in my opinion. Maybe you should have just said we can’t provide care for me and refunded my money? Have you people call my people.

  I went to MainStreet Family care in Alachua, FL to establish a PCP. I noticed that they don’t list any information about their PAs or NPs online. I asked if there’s a way to know who I will be seeing prior to my visit. They said no after 2 rounds of emails. I found this odd but scheduled an appointment for a physical anyway. When I checked in at the kiosk it stated my co-pay is $0.00 if paying with a credit card or $100 if paying with cash and given the option to select cash or credit. Again, I found this odd. A few minutes later I was called to the back, at this time I was told/asked “ your co-pay is $0.00 if paying with a credit card and $100 if paying with cash, how would you like to pay?” I asked why would I be paying at all if this is covered by my insurance? The very nice young lady said “I know.” I asked will the $100 be returned? She said “no”. I said this information is not on your website, she replied “I know.” I let her know I would have to cancel the appointment because I’m not giving away $100 nor am I going to give you my credit card for a $0 co-pay. I also mentioned it’s odd that the Provider’s aren’t listed on the website since we all have preferences in selecting who see and I’m not interested in mystery providers. Alachua neighbors be ware something isn’t right at MainStreet Family care.
