  I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Smiles of Wilmington. I’ve been to my fair share of dental offices, and nothing even comes close to the level of care, professionalism, and overall experience you get here. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and actually cared for.. not rushed or treated like just another appointment. Every single person on the team is kind, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what they do. Dr. Ratio and other Dentist’s on the team? Absolutely incredible. The Dental Hygienist team? Absolutely incredible. The front desk team? Absolutely incredible. Literally everyone you com in contact with will make you smile (puny but true) The attention to detail, the patience, the way everything is explained so clearly; it completely changes how you feel about going to the dentist. You can tell EVERYONE truly cares about their patients and their quality of work. If you’ve never experienced a business that remembers you and treats you like family, you’re missing something special. If you’re not going to Smiles of Wilmington, you are seriously missing out.

  I visited Smiles of Wilmington for the first time today and I am so impressed with them! The minute you walk through the door, you are greeted with a friendly smile and they are all so friendly and helpful!! Dr. Lewis couldn’t be more pleasant!!! They are leaps and bounds over my previous dental practice and many other offices I have visited, DEFINITELY recommend!!!

  Only A+ experiences at Smiles of Wilmington for our entire family. The dentists and hygienists are kind and compassionate while providing expert care to kids and adults. Everyone in the office goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

  I have been going to Dr Rautio for several years now. I wish I had discovered her years earlier!!! Like many people I dreaded going to the dentist. I do not dread my appointments anymore! The staff at this office are beyond accommodating and so pleasant and professional. I don’t always have the same hygienist because of my schedules ( not theirs) and every one has been gentle yet thorough. I don’t get stressed for my appointments!!! As a matter of fact since I moved, I now drive 1.5 hrs to my appointments. It’s worth it to me! Terrific caring staff and the best dental care I’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend Dr Rautio!
