If you don’t believe me go into the limestone office and ask for Kassandra one of the teams members who assisted me in finding the right pairs of eyeglasses for my day- to- day needs.
- KGKrystal GallagherMar 18, 20261.0I had an appointment today at Simon eye and I checked in and everything went ok with my visit but then I go over to the glasses part and I sit with one of the staff members and I went to pick out some new glasses and I tried them on and everything and I choose which pair I want and then it comes that you have to put down half payment and then the staff member was rude and just cancels it and tells me to just go sit over in the waiting area to check out … I’m sorry but that’s the Worst Customer Service that I have received today . I was pissed off !!!!!

I have had to call them over 5 times over a simple matter of prescription for my child’s contact lens. I will look at a different provider for my child. Useless
