  Very easy to make appointment. Phlebotomist did a great job drawing blood.

  I showed up at 10:20 am. clearly well before closing time, only to be immediately told by the staff that they were “closing in a couple of minutes” and couldn’t serve me. Confused, I pointed out their posted hours clearly stated 11:30 p.m. closure. The employee just shrugged, repeated that they were basically done, and refused to help — no apology, no explanation, no offer to quickly take my order. It felt deliberately dishonest and extremely rude, like they simply didn’t want to bother with one more customer even though they still had over an hour left. The complete lack of professionalism and respect turned what should have been a quick stop into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

  Genuinely impressed by how poor the service was here. Was told walk-in drug tests would be a 30-60 minute wait, I was the only person in line and I waited almost 3 hours to not be seen. If you don’t have an appointment just know they won’t see you at all. There’s also only 2 people staffing the entire place, and the receptionist took an hour and half lunch break.

  Terrible customer service. I spent an hour and a half waiting for a walk-in drug test. That’s on me. I was told I could do the drug test as a walk-in. Had I known that the wait was that long I would’ve made an appointment. However, come time for the test the worker helping me is very rude. They are clearly rushing through the process and keeps talking about how rude it was to walk-in that close to closing. Had I walked in 15 minutes before closing I would’ve understood. They told people 45 minutes prior to closing they weren’t accepting anymore walk-ins. When they started turning people away I had already been there for an hour. At any point if they had spoken up and said they weren’t accepting walk-in drug tests I would’ve gladly left and come back another day. Instead I sat there and watched the worker do nothing for an hour and a half just for them to be rude to me because they had to do their job at the end of the day.
