- GJGwen J.Nov 10, 20253.0Not a lifters gym. I didnt see free weights or heavier weights. The largest kettle bell I could find was 30lbs. Staff was nice and welcoming, the members not so much...but its a gym. Myriad of equipment so you can find what you need to get your workout in. Bathrooms were clean and someone was always around with a vacuum or broom so the place was clean, it didn't smell. It was pretty busy for a Friday afternoon. (I was off work and decided to workout with my bro). I am going to revisit the one on the riverfront and see if it's changed. Would I recommend? yes for general fitness goals, for heavier lifters not so much...would I go again? absolutely.
