Their trainer Zion is fabulous and really listens to you for your goals. If you can’t do it, that’s ok, she’ll find something similar that you can do. She puts customer service first and makes sure her workouts are fun and goal making. That’s the only reason why I go

Horrible experience they wouldn’t let me bring my son in as a guest and wanted him to have his own membership despite me having the black card membership. Money hungry, and just pointless cash grab. This the only planet fitness that has given me issues and ruined the entire plan me and my son had without remorse.

I’ve been a planet fitness member for about 4 years now and I have never have a problem with staff. However, today I was accused by Cyndi of lying about not having shoes when walking into a gym I’ve been too many times refusing to allow me to sign in until I open my bag up and show her the shoes that I already told her I have. I’ve never had a problem with any other worker at any other planet fitness. Cyndi, was very rude, unprofessional, and a sense of a power trip. This is the second time this has happened to me and I will no longer be paying for a monthly membership just to be harassed.

Unclean, machines are sweat, personal are inconsiderate of elderly needs, often guys seat in the machines to text regardless if someone want to used. Customer satisfaction is missing.
