- JHJoyce HorganMay 26, 20255.0I have used this office of Miracle Ear since 2005 and decided to try my ENT’s office for a hearing aid because I wanted a doctor on premises for the constant buildup of wax in my ears. Boy, was that a mistake…had to wait ages for appointments and had to go to different offices each time. Not only was the hearing aid NOT as good as Miracle Ear..but they would not clean my ME hearing aid. Plus it costs $25 a visit for cleaning. I’m back with Miracle Ear!! It’s convenient and never a problem getting an appointment. Hugh is fantastic! He makes follow up calls, he’ll even clean the “other brand” and checks for wax (shows me it on screen). The Oticon hearing aid comes in 3 parts and twice the tip has gotten stuck in my ear. Hugh sent me to a nearby Go Care Center who removed it in minutes. (They also remove ear wax.) So now, I don’t need to go to ENT for that. I highly recommend Miracle Ear and the office on Concord Pike. Hugh Johnston gives 5 stars for customer service and satisfaction!!

Alicia has been very customer service oriented and extremely helpful in answering questions. I can not say enough positive about the professionalism that Hugh has taken as well as the approach he has taken with me and my husband concerning my hearing loss, the subsequent testing, and explaining the choices of the aides with which would suite my needs. I had taken a long time to decide to purchase hearing aides and am so happy that I chose Miracle-Ear. The hearing aides have allowed me to hear things that I didn't even know I had lost the ability to hear. The follow up with Hugh has also been wonderful. I have recommended to family and friends.
