Omg !! This location is listed under "glasses in 1 hr"! We'll guess what? Anyways I went in n told the customer service lady that I needed to purchase some safety glasses frames n needed them to please put the lenses from my old glasses as my old frame had broken. She said they couldn't because it was against their policy. I told her they had done this before. She kept telling me no they couldn't have as if I was a liar! I needed the pair of glasses until my appointment on the 14th of October, with Lensecrafters mind you. She told me the only thing Lensecrafters could do for me was send the old glasses with lenses n new frames to their lab n it would be about a week.or so for them to come back. I asked her "how am I suppose to see without my glasses", VERY disappointed with lensecrafters once again. She didn't even try to help me at all .. maybe call a manager or another location but no attempt to even pretend to help!!
Well that's it for me n lensecrafters .. they suck! BTW I will be canceling my eye exam.

Do nottttt i repeat do not go to this location go to the christiana mall. The workers at Kirkwood location are miserable and rude!
I went ordered glasses they ordered me the wrng Color and the workers are sayin oh well maybe it was there before before and my thing is on that paper, it says that the worker selected black, and when the other one went to go look for it, she says pink, which is the color I want it was never in the system, so I am asking if it was never in the system. How did she select any random color and not tell me that it wasn’t in the system and that is when they said oh well it was probably there before no it wasn’t because it’s not like she selected Pink and accidentally sent black no it says that she selected black so the workers they also lie. They were just laughing and just acting like I was in the wrong for being frustrated because they completely got my order wrong but not only that when they go to look for the glasses, they just don’t see it at all regardless so I was over the whole situation in the bad service I told the lady I’m just gonna take the glasses and leave and she actually came and took the glasses from me so then I’m like they give me the refund well I actually don’t even see a transaction. The manager said I said give me my glasses that I paid for if you keep them then you’re stealing. I need my glasses and so she gives me the glasses and then I leave. I went right over to the Christiana mall location, and tell me why they ordered my pink pair of glasses Do not go to the Kirkwood Highway location just don’t!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
