We needed temporary transportation and caretaker help. They came to our home and were outstanding at matching caretakers with our needs/personalities. In particular Sonya was effective in helping us and we enjoyed her company very much. We are at the end of the need for the service. But next time, Home instead will be our first call.

She has gone beyond the call of duty in providing housekeeping and other services over this time. Accompanying me to the grocery store to pull items off the shelves for my shopping list and putting them into the battery-powered shopping cart, doing my laundry, cleaning my floors, helping me empty unneeded items from my cupboards and closets and helping deliver them to Goodwill Store. Even coaching me on a complicated computer system I had trouble learning because its not user-friendly. All this without being reminded of the chores to be done, one she knew what was needed. And going out of her way to help prepare for days when she knows she will be away of vacation. Also, thanks to her own college studies in psychology, a good listener when I want to just air personal concerns without any expectation of advice from a receptive ear.
