- JCJoe CunningSep 22, 20255.0My wife and I have been really pleased with Home Instead services. I developed a detached retina and could not drive and my wife was using a walker and couldn't drive. We needed temporary transportation and caretaker help. They came to our home and were outstanding at matching caretakers with our needs/personalities. In particular Sonya was effective in helping us and we enjoyed her company very much. We are at the end of the need for the service. But next time, Home instead will be our first call.

- LWLinda WilliamsSep 29, 20225.0Home Instead Wilmington started caring for my mother, in 2016, in her home then in the Long Term Care facility to which she moved. It was an excellent experience. The care givers are very dependable, professional, caring, compassionate and punctual. They made it to her in bad weather and traffic issues. The office staff and “on call” staff were very prompt to get a substitute if a care giver was sick or needed off. We went through COVID with very strict requirements, there was never an issue. The care givers were there and very protective of my elderly mother. Everyone at Home Instead Wilmington is very professional and I highly recommend them for a loved one’s care. We had 6 years with them. Not sure how we would have done it without their care and compassion. Thank you Home Instead Wilmington.
