OMG—where do I even begin? Out of all the Club Pilates studios I frequent, Club Pilates Brandywine is hands down my favorite. The instructors are phenomenal—shoutout to Sam, Jenna, Alletta, Lexi, and Denise—and the front desk team (Ofelia, Paige, and Tiana) is always so welcoming and kind. This studio truly feels like my second home. I can’t say enough good things about the energy, the people, and the experience here. Treat yourself to a class at Club Pilates Brandywine—you’ll be so glad you did!

I have been looking for new exercise routine for myself that will help me work on my body and smooth some of my perimenopausal issues and Pilates was suggested to me. I’ve font Pilates in the past but it’s been some time. So yesterday, 12/20/25, I went for an intro class and Club Pilates in North Wilmington. I was pleasantly surprised at how I felt just after the 30min session that I signed up for membership. I’m gonna start with once a week in studio for the next few months and see what I get out of it! The staff is really great at making things easy to understand and they’re fun and pleasant. They sell gear/gifts in the studio to use and wear for your workouts or gift others. The staff greeted all the new comers and members in the same way which was note worthy. They’re running a special through year end and that’s what sold me to sign up! I look forward to coming back and updating my review of the studio!!

It is unfortunate that I am writing this review because I genuinely enjoyed taking pilates classes here for almost a year. My general concern is that instructors rotate or leave so frequently that it is difficult to get any consistency in your workouts, even when you come at the same time on the same days.
The reason for the review is that I am very disappointed with how the waitlist system is managed, particularly for early morning classes. While the policy states that members can be pulled from the waitlist up until two hours before class, this approach is inconsiderate in practice, especially for working professionals who maintain early schedules.
In my case, I received a text message late in the evening after I had already gone to bed for a 7:00 AM class. By that time, I was asleep and had reasonably assumed I was not added to the class. I did not see the message until the morning and was unable to attend. As a result, I lost a class credit. There was no reasonable opportunity to prepare or opt out once added. When I reached out to management, I was simply told I should have canceled before going to bed, as the policy stands.
Although this may technically align with the stated policy, the process appears to prioritize profit over customer experience, particularly for members who have made financial and time commitments to the gym. The system penalizes members while offering very little flexibility or fairness in return. I will not be rebooking under these conditions.
