- TRTonia RApr 6, 20265.0I recently attended a Pilates class with Autumn, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The instructor came across as disengaged and somewhat unfriendly, which made the class feel uncomfortable from the start. Throughout the session, there was a noticeable lack of clear instruction and guidance, which made it difficult to follow along and get the most out of the workout. I’ve taken other classes before and understand how much an instructor’s presence and attentiveness can impact the experience. This was the least enjoyable class I’ve attended, and I believe it was largely due to the quality of instruction. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving future classes.

It was my first time, my cousin and I did the intro class and Loni helped us with the right form and was effective with providing details as to what muscles we were working. Though I’m from NY, I would definitely recommend taking Loni’s classes!
