  The pharmacy is a huge disappointment! I'm new to the area and had a great experience with my previous HT Pharmacy back home. My first visit here was pleasant, as I now assume they were just acting nice to gain my business. The Pharmacist told me to just bring him all my bottles and he'd take care of transferring everything. When I returned with my bottles, the Pharmacist was not there and the male tech said he couldn't do it for me because it was a few minutes before their lunch break. I had no idea they closed for lunch, much less, what time that may be. I certainly wouldn't have driven over 20 minutes to get there. He turned to the female tech and she turned off the lights as I stood there stunned. I left and drove straight to the Walmart where they treat me very well and had my meds in stock (HT did not). Several days later, I returned with my bottles and got to talk to the Pharmacist. He ignored me when I mentioned how I was treated. He looked at my bottles and told me he'd take care of them. Second chances, right? I received a text a few days ago to renew one of them. I texted "yes" to refill. Later, I received a text that my meds are ready AT MY OLD LOCATION!!! I called today and got a rude, patronizing male. Who knows if he got things straightened out or not? I think he was trained at the MVA. I cannot think where else would train someone to be so condescending and give such awful "customer service". At this point, I'm only here for the gas points!!! I will drive to Walmart in Rehoboth again if needed. They were amazing! Yes, Walmart put Harris Teeter to shame! This review could have been quite different if the tech had simply snapped pics of my bottles and taken care of transferring them after his lunch break. But, that would mean that he actually cared to take initiative and wanted to be helpful!

  Great location, service and store!! We get great service every time we come! They have a lot of great items!

  This store has become just another grocery store. While it was once was thought to be a high end store those days are over. The fish department is a great disappointment. If it was not close to where I live, I would shop elsewhere.
