I joke with my friends that I love a workout that allows me to be laying down most of the time. To be honest, some of the workouts are pretty hard but they're not tough on my neck or back, which I really, really appreciate. All of the teachers are great, but I've been taking more classes with Carly lately, and she has some really fun and unique workouts.
