The instructors are accepting of each persons abilities and limitations and classes continue to be fresh and challenging! Everyone works to foster a sense of community which is very motivating! I highly recommend this studio!

The studio is spotless, bright, and inviting, and the equipment is all top-notch. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really take the time to help with form and modifications so you get the most out of each class. Every session feels challenging but also fun, and I always leave feeling stronger, more energized, and less stressed. What I love most is the variety of classes and levels – there’s truly something for everyone whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing Pilates for years. The community here is so positive and motivating, it makes me look forward to every class.

It’s so nice to have such a variety of teachers and their styles of leading the workouts. Every instructor has been truly wonderful. I look forward to continuing my time here! The only downside to this studio is the limited slots for classes due to space. It’s worth the wait though for sure. I recommend this place if you’re looking to do pilates in a very non-judgmental environment!
