  Anytime I have come to Quest for labs it's 95% a good experience. I have had some who are not the friendliest during my encounter but they're not rude either, just a little flat, but everything is always handled in a fast efficient and professional manner. My biggest compliment is how quickly they are able to draw on my baby when she needs lab work. That is incredibly important to me. There is no multiple jabs trying to find a vein. They're in and out.

  Went here for a drug test. Was having a completely normal conversation about whether or not I could use the bathroom and the woman said I had an attitude and that she refused to continue with me. I continued to maintain a strictly business conversation with her. And she again accused me of having an attitude and said she would not continue with me. I then needed to repeat my drivers license number three times before she was able to remember a seven digit license number. I don’t think she was trying to make me mad. I think she’s genuinely slow or has something wrong with her mentally. But if she can’t handle a customer interaction, why is she at the front? Completely soured the start of my day for no reason

  My visit was extremely smooth. Fast, painless blood draw and wellness screening and a very pleasant employee!
