  Every time I go, I hope to get Regina. She is the best!! So quick, painless, and easy — she is an expert. I’ve always had a good experience at this location.

  Im super squeamish with needles and this place is the absolute best!!! all the doctors are so nice and skilled.

  The phlebotomist was extremely passive aggressive. Started off rude from the beginning in the waiting room. She walked me to the room, and asked how long it’s been since I’ve eaten. I said, “ 8 o’clock last night”. My appointment was 2:40 pm the next day. 18 hour fast up to this point. I’m not that good at math, but she must have been worst at it because she proceeded to say, “ This is a fasting blood test just so you’re aware”. I said “I’m aware”. That was a stupid ignorant statement considering I’m there to get my blood drawn. Obviously I know, I’m not stupid. That irked me. Plus, tone to me means everything. Her tone gave away what she actually wanted say. Again, I’m not stupid. She then looked at me and asked if “I was in a bad mood”. What!!!… I was appalled. Her professionalism was thrown out the window, even though she never even had it with me from the beginning. I answered, “ No, why would you say that?”. “No reason, it just looks like you’re having one”. Again what? She was extremely rude from the beginning but then had the audacity to asked me as if I was the problem. I’m not rude to people who don’t deserve it, so I don’t understand her. She needs to self regulate her emotions. The rest of the appointment when on as normal. I just wanted to leave after the appointment cause I was tired and hungry. Perfect first experience with someone you’re trusting to not mess up vein.

  The phlebotomy technician was amazing! But the Kiosk SUCKS. The option to wait outside and receive a text DOSE NOT function properly. Fortunately I phlebotomy technician found me and everything went smoothly.

  I went to Biddle road location as always. Phlebotomist is the best. I will only see her.
