  Unprofessional behaviour : on April 8th I brought my daughter in at 5:15 p.m. for an eye appointment and chose the dilated exam. The doctor handed me a prescription, took $25, and sent an agent to help us pick frames—without re-examining my daughter. When I asked if another check was needed, she said yes, which surprised me since she hadn’t mentioned it before taking payment. She called me back ,my colleague called me in between; I asked my team mate to call again and ended the call. She then ushered my daughter down, rushed out, and said “Good night.” I asked if the exam had actually happened, and she snapped that I had no etiquette for being on the phone. I was so shocked I could barely believe how blunt and impatient she was. After I composed myself, I told reception the exam never occurred. The doctor told me to wait; I did, even as other patients went in ahead of us. Eventually she repeated the etiquette comment, tore up the prescription, refused to check my daughter’s eyes. She said she will refund money after long 2 hr wait.Highly unprofessional behaviour by doctor. Won’t go again and recommend to anyone.

  It was my first time here with my Husband, and on a very busy day. The service and kindness we received went above and beyond expectation. Dr. Makar was so caring and thorough during our eye exam. Then Connor made sure we left with frames we were absolutely in love with. Our glasses were delivered pretty quick! I love my frames and so does my husband. You guys have amazing team of people. Thank you all again!!!

  Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish again at Lens Crafters . The team at LensCrafters in the Christiana Mall is knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping find the perfect pair of glasses from start to end. The exam was thorough revealing my prescription had changed so I needed new glasses. This is the only place who was been able to get my prescription right. The selection is the best with the best prices hands down. If you can't find a frame here it doesn't exists. I was offered a new program to pay out on my glasses. This enabled me to get the glasses I really wanted with all the extras. The staff made the whole experience effortless and actually fun. I found out the manager is Danielle H. She has really put together a dynamic team at this location. There may be other Optical stores but don't waste your time on their Retail only sales force. Lens Crafters is the real deal. Five stars all the way!

  This is my home LensCrafters store. They always have a great selection of glasses and the sales representatives are awesome. Salina is one of the associates there and she is an amazing representative. She provides patience and professionalism with a great deal of knowledge about the product. She also give an honest assessment when asked about her opinion of the customers choices. I appreciate that!
