Salina is an absolute joy! I was lucky enough to be serviced by her and now I exclusively ask for her. She helped me choose 2 new pairs of frames. She is kind, patient, and goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I have recommended her to my mom, sister and best friend! She deserves all the recognition! Thank you Salina💛

My most recent LensCrafters visit started as one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. We waited a long time while the initial sales associate watched without acknowledging us or offering help. When he finally assisted, he didn’t review frame or lens options, didn’t answer questions, and most concerning incorrectly told me I didn’t have vision insurance (only a discount plan). He then tried to charge around $700 without providing a clear breakdown. When I pulled up my plan information, he doubled down and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked for a manager, and Danielle completely turned things around. She was patient, professional, and transparent. She walked us through options (including high-index lenses that were never mentioned), clearly explained the pricing, and verified/applied the correct insurance. The total was $189 including the protection plan. The protection plan was $35 and not covered by insurance so my total would have been $154 without it. That’s more than $500 less than what the associate initially tried to charge, and still about $20 less than the second quoted amount which also didn’t include lens upgrades like high-index, transitions, and anti-reflective coating that my insurance covers. Danielle deserves a lot of credit, but LensCrafters needs to address the lack of transparency and misinformation from the initial associate. Without advocating for myself, I could’ve been overcharged hundreds of dollars.

Avoid this location. The lack of effort given by the associate's is pathetic. I got a pair of glasses, they came in with multiple defects and the prescription was incorrect in placement. Did get another pair. Wife went in and was brushed off by one of the male associates, he deliberately overlooked her sign in to take an impatient male customer. Then he told her too bad sign in again. How Lenscrafters can hire such rude and incompetent associates is beyond me. But, the one start is for the associate Selena otherwise it would have been zero stars if possible. She made things better in getting a new set of glasses for me. But she wasn't working the day I watched this extremely rude male associate bully my wife.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
