- MKMohiuddin Kader6 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed with the billing process at Christiana Family Dental Care. The doctors are good and professional; however, the billing and insurance handling has been very poor. A claim for my daughter from June 2024 was submitted incorrectly and has still not been resolved after nearly a year, despite countless calls involving the dental office and multiple insurance companies. Because of these billing errors, my children have been unable to receive dental care for over a year due to a pending balance that is not our fault. Unfortunately, due to ongoing billing issues, I have no choice but to leave this practice.

In addition, when getting novacaine the doctor apologized for the pain of the needle. They really care about your experience. So grateful. I've been going there for fifteen years.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy at Christiana Family Dental Care, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We kindly request that patients notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients and provide the best possible care for everyone.
New patients: If a new patient fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without calling, we will not be able to schedule another appointment.
Existing patients: Same-day cancellations for existing patients will incur a $50 fee. The first occurrence is waived as a courtesy. If a second same-day cancellation occurs, the $50 fee will apply. After a third same-day cancellation, we may no longer schedule future appointments.
