- CMCharles MitcheliJun 27, 20255.0I received several quotes for installation of a chairlift. Mobility 101 gave quotes for several different brands and I selected the Harmar chair. It offered more features at a very competitive price . I particularly like the automated retractable rail at the lower level. All representatives were polite and helpful. The installation went smoothly and I am very pleased with the Harmar chair and with Mobility 101to date.
- DADeb AlesantrinoJun 20, 20254.0Lift chair stopped working all of a sudden. 101 mobility personnel really tried to help. It took a couple of days but everyone persisted in finding a solution to the problem as quickly as possible.
- RSRichard SimpsonOct 20, 20215.0The Bruno seat is just what I wanted. The Insulation is very clean and takes a minimum of the step area. There is a slight bump at the track joint but that is to be expected. Overall I am quite pleased with insulation and appearance. The seat beeps when it is turned for easy on and of, the instruction book said this can be turned off as we do not need it. Overall a great product and 101 Mobility is a fine company.
