    I received the call about following up on a referral that they didn't receive. I worked with that person to provide information so that they could get the referral. 10 minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in that office who said who completely ignored what I was trying to say when I asked her to please talk with the person from my previous conversation that we worked out all the details, I didn't want to have to go through it all again. She was rude and unprofessional. Every time I tried to explain that I worked out getting the referral with the other person from my doctor. She would just say do you have a referral? Do you have a referral? After four times around she goes real quickly. If we don't have a referral, we're going to bill you then click and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the office manager. After being on hold for 8 minutes. I got the office manager's phone mail. I left a message at 9:00 a.m. asking to be contacted. I got no call back that day. If you can't treat the public with respect, you shouldn't be in a customer facing position in a company.
