- JMJesikka MooreNov 19, 20251.0This is the WORST pharmacy with AWFUL customer service. They refuse to take ins info over the phone but tell you to call them with the correct information. They don’t tell you when you need an authorization from the insurance. They put you on hold mid sentence and then tell you they deal with 100s of prescriptions a day so basically yours means nothing to them. Their pharmacy techs are ignorrant with no empathy for individuals whose lives depend on medications and pass judgment on others for the medications they take which is a HIPPA violation!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
- TDTom DennJun 19, 20235.0Altracare sent scripts over ...1 minute drive....and Amber literally was filling script it as I walked up...and had to track down a second script which took only t minutes. Literally a 30 minute episode to get help all this one street.
