  This location goes above and beyond to serve their patients with warm and quality patient care! Example: I went in without an appt for some unexpected lab work and they were unusually busy that morning. I booked an appt as soon as I walked in, but several more people came in while I was waiting so even more were piling in the que ahead of me. Though I booked the appt when I walked in, my name was not on the list and there was no record of the appt on my phone when I responded to the appt automated text. The attendant did not see my appt either when I asked her. I was nervous bc my test was a test that needed to be done by a certain time. She went out of her way and graciously grabbed me right away to get the test done. I felt terrible for stepping in front of others, but she was so kind and assured me she wanted me done in the proper time frame. My location in Middletown, DE is top notch and the lab professionals are so nice and professional every time I go in there. One time, I thought they were closed for lunch and lab professional came out and checked on me to make sure I was covered and taken care of. I would have waited another half hour or so for nothing. They have top customer service at this location, 5 stars!

  Unable to get someone to answer the phone. You sit through an automated message just for them to say your request cannot be completed. Waste of time

  I was in and out within 15 minutes. Both the girls were courteous, professional and friendly. I love this place and people . Thank you gals

  I am so surprised to read so many bad comments about Quest Lab in Middletown. I have used it in the past and I was very satisfied with the employees in the front and also the Lab Technician that drew my blood. We even a very nice conversation which some of the labs I have used stick you and just say goodbye. I am not saying that your comments are not right but sometimes we are just having a bad day or feeling at our worst and take everything to heart.

  Absolutely horrendous service. Employees are very unprofessional. They spend more time chatting about personal business than actually doing their jobs. If your insurance company forces you to use this lab, make the drive to any other location. It will save you time and stress in the long run.
