    It was clear their was no supervision that day. They took walk ins before appointments and was 45 min past scheduled appointment before being helped.

    I had to give a urine sample and there was no soap in the bathroom. Also, no trash can to throw out used towel, etc. Thankfully there was a trash can outside the bathroom and hand sanitizer.
