- GPgwen pritchettMar 17, 20261.0I contacted the pharmacy on 2 separate occasions for one specific Rx for my husband who has been in hospital/rehab for over a month; it was on backorder on 3/16 when I first inquired. I told the pharmacy staff, twice, that we didn't need the other Rxes at the moment. When the Rx was available, I told the clerk I was sending a runner to pick up said rx. Instead of just giving him the one rx, they gave him, EVERYTHING, to include Rxes that were on backorder. I talked to the pharmacist, told him the situation and reminded him i told the pharmacy staff that we had no need for the other rxes due to medication changes, and he got Cheeky with me. I talk and talk and no one listens, and we had to pay an extra $40 for stuff we can't use.
