But now I have peace of mind and can take respite time to myself which anyone who is going thru this can appreciate Home Instead is very important to both myself and my husband. With their help and support I am fortunate to be able to relax and know they have wonderful caregivers. I highly recommend them to anyone who is going thru this journey. It’s not easy but with the professional help and caregivers it makes it less stressful for the caregivers who are trying to care for their family

- MMMsDrscottMar 9, 20221.0After being a client for many years, there've been highs and lows. A home health care agency is only as good as its staffing and training of aides. The last few years have gone downhill as per my experience: communication lags where I wasn't informed of my aide cancelling the shift until after the shift was to begin, emails and voicemails left with no response, aides assigned that weren't knowledgeable of how to properly administer personal care, care coordinators who didn't understand or try to educate themselves about the nature of the clients chronic illness, etc. etc. etc. Once my caseworker and I made the call to move on, my message was not returned until I received a call to terminate services and given one reason although the letter that followed gave another. Sad to end this way, but the owner, Robert Ware, is as unprofessional as they come so it's definitely a trickle down effect. They're an option, but be careful.
