We are Isabel and Vanessa, midwives, certified Pilates instructors, and founders of Mamagold. Our studio in Stuttgart West combines prenatal and postnatal training with Pilates, yoga, and personal training – both on-site and online. With our experience in postpartum care, we understand how essential targeted movement is during pregnancy and recovery. Our mission: to support, empower, and help women feel strong and comfortable in their bodies.
