After several problems dealing with a different Miracle Ear location in Kent County for over 4 years, I finally gave up on them and decided to come to this location. Joe gave me a hearing test that I hadn't had in almost 3 years (which should be yearly) and then he made adjustments to my aids and had me hearing again in very little time. He assured me that the aids were good and the things he changed on them would help. Lo and behold he was right! I haven't had problems with them since being there. I did go back for one other adjustment, also something the previous location could not fix, and Dan had me all set with no problems. They might be called Miracle Ear, but I think they are Miracle Workers!
