- SJSheena JohnsonNov 26, 20245.0Everyone was super sweet. (Hence the 3 stars) They performed an extensive hear test, gave me the diagnosis and advised to contact an ENT immediately. He also stated that if I need a copy of my hearing test to just call. I did make an appointment but it was a waste because they needed the results of the hearing test. I go to the facility and they advised that they need an approval 😏 (which is thought was different) but ok and they would give me a call back. I did give a grace period of 5 days. Noone called so I called them and they advised that they were not approved to give me my test results. I asked why and the young lady said it's nothing that they can just print and give. Im still confused of why I was advised they could in the beginning 😕 not good business. Now I have to wait til February and my hearing is already about gone! Thanks! ****UPDATE****I received a call from the manager of this facility. Sherry did advise that they could in fact give me a copy of my hearing results and offered an apology for the confusion. I really appreciate her calling me personally to apologize. That says alot about this facility 😊 Thanks again Sherry. The stars have been updated to 5!
