  Unfortunately this place is going under please hire more people even when it isn’t crowded you wait and wait they don’t answer and when they do you are on hold they are nice but the lady is hard to deal with seems overwhelmed they try to help but they hardly ever carry or have availability on what you need and it needs to be ordered or you have to buy an alternative over the counter but that being said it is still better than the near by Walgreens where a homeless man sits in the pharmacy and the lines run 40 people long I switched from Walmart pharmacy also where they have a big long line that takes forever and it’s trashy there… just aren’t any good efficient pharmacies around that I know of under staffed no availability you wait and hold if you get a pick up at all just for a simple five second answer the lady tried to charge me for someone else’s prescription so the guy had to correct it they need some help there

  Straight bums up here. Understaffed: No one picks up the phone. Had me waiting 2 weeks for a script and than let us wait 2 hours in the actual store after giving them the script info to say they couldn't fill it. Go anywhere else. Maybe some cheap prices for a couple meds but not worth the extreme disarray. Not to mention when I did get through the pharmacist sounded like he was giving me an attitude. Going to be filing a complaint with Giant.
