Excellent service for my exam. Learned a lot about my eyes and the pressure for certain types of lenses was minimal. All they cared about was making sure my eyes were cared for.

I had two completely different experiences at Warby Parker Union Market. My first visit was pretty disappointing. The two staff members at the front did not feel very attentive or customer focused, and I left feeling underwhelmed. I was in the store for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged or asked if I needed help, which felt unacceptable. However, I made a mental note, pushed through, and bought a pair of glasses.
A week later, I decided to give it another shot as I had to return the original purchase, and I am really glad I did. Ryan completely changed the experience for me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to talk to. I came in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but he took the time to really listen and suggested a pair that suited me much better than what I originally picked out. The whole process felt smooth, personalized, and enjoyable.
Ryan truly made up for my first visit. He is the reason I am giving this location 4 stars instead of something lower. Warby Parker Union Market, great job hiring him. And happy birthday, Ryan!

I’m super disappointed in this store and especially for just wanting a final prescription for contacts. I went in for my eye exam first and Dr. Patel was incredibly nice. I paid for my exam after insurance and even asked the front desk if I was set. When I was on my way back home they called me in a very rude tone that I need to come back and pay for something I did not pay for, as if I was stealing a service. They had forgotten to charge me for an eye scan. This was incredibly unprofessional and I had to stop my car to pay by giving my credit card details since I was too far from the store to go back and the store would not let me pay any other way.
I came back on my contacts follow up and the contacts that arrived didn’t seem to align with my vision. And that’s okay, I understand and I scheduled another follow up. I came here in the middle of my work day all the way from Maryland and arrived at around 11:57 for an appointment at 11:50 and was told I need to reschedule. When I asked why they said because I’m late. I do not understand if I said something wrong or looked too confused but I’m a paying cooperative customer not new to glasses. I don’t know why they seem so rude and stand offish. I did not do anything to warrant such treatment.
