However, my experience seeing the doctor and trying to obtain a contacts prescription that actually works has been a nightmare. The WP service model makes it impossible to call the store. First, I had issues getting my trial contacts, which I understand was a supply issue that they can’t control, but still caused this process to be delayed off the bat and I took around a month. Then they inputted my new prescription as expired so it was unusable, which resulted in another trip to the store. I received no information on the doctor and cannot export my prescription off the app, so now I have no way to order the contacts else where, as required by my insurance. I really don’t want to make a fourth trip to the store and wish they had a direct line. I’m genuinely super frustrated with this experience and will not be returning for anything more than a retail purchase. Save yourself the headache!
