  I arrived early for my appointment (Comprehensive Eye Exam for Glasses (Adult) and Digital retinal imaging). The sales staff members were pleasant and helpful. There was minimal sales pressure. Dr. Yap performed his examination shortly after my arrival and I was pleasantly surprised that he did not use eye dilation drops. I found his explanations of my updated prescription helpful.

  What a terrific experience today at this store! The store personnel were amazing, offering me styles to try on and then giving me their honest POV on what looked good or not. I love that kind of help. I was in and out with a new pair ordered in just 20 minutes!

  I popped in to the DC store and started trying on frames. Gently but confidently, the staff offered me a frame I hadn’t noticed. It was perfect. The whole sale took less than 15 mins. I was glad I went in so they could help me and measure me.
