Poor customer service. The system is always down and despite being in the line at 1:29 I was told at 1:32 they were closed for lunch. They don’t ever prioritize the customer only their lunch breaks.

I usually get the best service from this pharmacy however, on my last visit to take my Covid shot, I noticed something creepy behavior from one of the male pharmacist who administered my shot. Here’s what happened, I was waiting in the waiting room to take my shot. The pharmacist showed up empty handed and asked me if I had the paperwork that I had filled earlier and already turned in. I told him that I already turned in the form. The usual process is the patient fills out the form and turns it in, then they check your records if you are illegible, they come with the right vaccination to administer it. On that particular date I was surprised that the pharmacist didn’t bring the vaccine with him but first he wanted to check on me who I was? Why did he wanted to check on me? It could have been an honest move but that left me with creeping feelings and puzzling. I wish the pharmacist can respond to this review what was his side of the story.
